Important notice from the Jockey Club Cancer Survivorship Care Project

Thank you for your continued support of the Jockey Club Cancer Survivorship Care Project! Since its launch in September 2015, we have provided comprehensive and personalised support services to 35,000 cancer patients and their families, helping them gain support, hope and strength during difficult times.

The project is about to complete its 10-year mission and will end on 31 August 2025

We will stop accepting new cases from 30 June 2025 (except New Territories West Centre). We will continue to provide support to existing service users until the end of the project.
